Tommy Cheung is the founder, president and managing director of Enhanced Care Clinic. Prior to ECC, Tommy held various management and senior management positions at the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, Ontario Pharmacists’ Association, a pharmaceutical manufacturer, and at the head office of a publicly traded pharmacy chain. A graduate from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Pharmacy, Tommy also completed his Master of Business Administration at Schulich School of Business at York University.

Under the leadership of Tommy, Enhanced Care operates over 50 in-person and telemedicine health facilities across Ontario and Manitoba. The Enhanced Care team consists of over 100 family physicians/specialists, allied health providers and medical staff. Besides health experts and frontline providers, there are also many operational specialists on staff, including ones with industrial engineering, service industries, project management and continuous quality improvement processes expertise.
